October 3, 2024 - As­sem­bly­woman Emily Gallagher discusses reduced lanes on McGuinness Boulevard

The Adams administration will be reduce the number of lanes on McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, reversing a decision made last month.

The city Department of Transportation announced Wednesday it will transform the four-lane roadway into two lanes of traffic and one lane of parking in each direction. The parked cars will then serve as barriers for bike lanes.
